In recent years, Estar continued to enlarge its manufacture scale and introduced advanced technology and equipments from abroad. At present, we built a domestically-leading and largest 3D virtual display technology base in Quzhou Zhejiang, with the area of 30,000 square meters and annual manufacture capacity more than 10 billion pairs of 3D shutter glasses;
We have a NPI trial manufacture center in Baoan Shenzhen, where there are world-top testing devices and dust-free workshops; In Zhangjiagang Jiangsu, we have a domestically-leading professional manufacture base to research and manufacture liquid crystal display (LCD), liquid crystal display module (LCM), and 3D shutter glasses.
Zhejiang Quzhou Manufacture Base
In 2010, Estar built a 3D shutter glasses manufacture base with an area of more than 30,000 square meters, thousands of working staffs and an annual manufacture capacity of 10 million pairs of 3D shutter glasses in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province. Being a large manufacture base integrated with SMT, injection molding, oil spouting, assembling and installing, it is also the leading and largest 3D shutter display technology products manufacture base in China.
Shenzhen Baoan Manufacture Base
At present, Estar Shenzhen Baoan Manufacture base takes up an area of about 10000 square meters. There is a professional NPI trial manufacture center with hundreds of professional technicians, world-top testing devices and dust-free workshops etc.
Jiangsu Zhangjiagang Manufacture Base
Estar has a domestically-leading manufacture base to research and manufacture LCD, LCM, and 3D shutter glasses. Estar invested RMB 120,000 Million Yuan in this base, of which the area is 60,000 square meters and factory area is 19,500 square meters.
Sichuan Guangyuan Manufacture Base
Guangyuan Estar Optical and Electrical Co., Ltd. is affiliated to Shenzhen Estar Displaytech Co., Ltd and devoted to researching and manufacturing 3D shutter glasses.
